To make this clear first, THIS IS NOT A YOUTUBE CLONE but it has the basic of converting all video format to FLV to be played on a flash player, timeline and sortings. It is simply a very basic video sharing site. There is no profile, no registration form or anything of that sort. However, many more upgrades will be added in the future so it is important to build the code for future add-ons in mind. If everything goes well, I will keep you for those add-ons.

-Must know CSS/html to slice the design and incorporate your codes in it
-Convert all videos to FLV to be played on a flash player
-Able to sort videos by: Recent, Most viewed
-Timeline include: Today, Yesterday, This week, This month, All time
-Anybody can upload videos, there is no titles and discription for videos, they simply just upload a video
-Able to set a link to another site (traffic trading) and able to set the percentage. For example, if I set 50% then instead of a link going to a video page it goes to an outside link instead.
-Able to capture more then one thumb so users can select the best looking thumbs after upload
-Admin panel must be robust, able to mass delete, edit, sorts etc…
Please only bid if you have done similiar work in the past and are ready to present examples. Do not send me a long list of non related projects, if I see a long list without any discription for each project I will just ignore it.
I will hold all rights to the code, please no encrypted codes. Code must be clean and understandable so that future add-ons can be done easily and quickly. You must clearly commented your codes. Code must be modular and scalable.
First half of Escrow will be released once code is completed on your server and the rest will be released once code is installed on our server.
Please note that this is for an adult site so you must be comfortable viewing adult material.
