Before installing cpanel dns only, you need to update the server and install some software that maybe useful

yum update -y
yum upgrade -y
yum -y remove mlocate
yum install -y nmap wget curl telnet whois net-tools git vim tmux strace sysstat lsof

Now install Cpanel DNS Only Server with

wget http://layer1.cpanel.net/cpanel-dnsonly-install.sea
sh cpanel-dnsonly-install.sea

This may take some time to finish. Once install finished, login to

http://your-server-ip:2086
