How do I point my mail to Google Apps?

Google Apps is a service from Google providing independently customizable versions of several Google products under a custom domain name.

1, Log into your AccountCenter.

2, From the Overview page or Domains tab, select the domain you want to point to Google Apps.

3, Scroll down to the Domain Tools section.

4, Click the Edit DNS Zone File icon

5, Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Point Mail to Google button

6, You will see a prompt that reads like this:

This action will point the email for the zone gs-example.com to Google.

Please make sure that you have completed the setup through Google before proceeding.

Are you sure?

Click the OK button.

7, The page will refresh and your Zone File’s MX records will now be pointing to Google Apps

This includes an SPF record for your domain.

You need to disable local mail for your domain.

You may also want to create CNAME records for your domain to point to Google Apps.
