If you wishing to stop your clients from changing their contact details, without contacting you.
In this post i’m going to explain how to disable this options.
1, Logged in WHMCS administrator panel.
2,setup -> general settings -> other
There is a section half way down called “Locked Client Profile Fields”
Select the fields you don’t want the client to change and click on “Save Changes” button.
They will be able to view the information, but it will appear as text and not an input field.
Verify the same after login as Client.
