A customer had SSL certificate installed on his servers hostname for WHM and Cpanel.
Recently SSH got expired. So he can’t access WHM.
Got this fixed by
rm -f /var/cpanel/ssl/cpanel/mycpanel.pem service cpanel stop service cpanel start
