To see current Time Zone, run

You can also run
root@hontest:~# cat /etc/timezone America/New_York root@hontest:~#
To set timezone, run
dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
It is better set time to UTC if your server is serving visitors from multiple country.
To set Time Zone to UTC, select “None of the above”, click OK.
On next screen, select UTC
