A new app for iOS has been introduced by google which displays local news and weather. It ’s like the nightly local news except on your iPhone or iPad.
According to Google, the News & Weather app for iOS is “your comprehensive and personalized view of headline stories and local news and weather,”. The free app pulls from 65,000 publications with 60 country-specific editions. The app can also be customized to show news by topic, like Hollywood, Fashion and NASA. Until now, only Android had the News & Weather app.
The weather feature show the forecast for the next four days in addition to the current day. The app is rolling out now.
